So I check my emails daily on my personal account and work account, lately these SEO link building emails have been popping up like crazy. I know the SEO link building style emails are nothing new they have been around for 15 years+ but recently they seem to be very popular. I don’t know where these guys are getting my email address from because I have to keep updating my blocked senders list.
What is a link building email spam you may ask? Well usually it is some one who is sending a email from a free email server with poor spelling. Example of the link spam email address can be [email protected]!! Do these girls/guys really think I am going to spend money using their “quality” link building services if they can not even acquire a domain and look semi decent?
Here is a example of their email, just one of 10 I received today in my inbox –

So it seems these guys are just going to use automated directory software to gather a bunch of low quality links to my site.
This is the main reason I use my own team to build links for clients at work, we need to see first hand that quality links are been crafted.
I mean good luck to these link builders in the email but really they need to clean up their business, make it look semi decent you may get more business from SME’s?
